Making Decisions ~ Why Is It So Hard?

There seems to be something in the air, everyone tells me they have been feeling it too. Something about the planets aligning, could this be the reason to my releasing through crying?

The tears come and flow like a river down my face, splashing onto the desk. I ask myself where all the tears are coming from, and before I can even begin to make sense, they start again…I want to scream out loud…ENOUGH.

Why are making decisions so hard? My problem is not having someone to share with, a special someone that helps me work through the ups and downs in life. It’s not that I want them making the decisions for me…I just want to run things by them and see if they agree. I want to make sure I’m not going insane, or that what I am thinking is realistic. But, what is normal or right to one is not always normal or right for another.

These were my thoughts only a few weeks ago. I decided to have a break from my Blog here. Take some ME time. Do you feel like that at times. Those feelings that you don’t take any time for yourself, where you feel you have to be something for so many people. If so, then please stop. Life is too short!

There IS time in your week to spend on you, to take a walk alone, to spend an hour in the bath, to have a little sleep in, a massage or facial. You must make the time to spend on yourself regularly.

I would like to share  couple of quotes here with you all.
Accept everything about yourself–I mean everything, You are you and that is the beginning and the end–no apologies, no regrets.–Clark Moustakas
Don’t compromise yourself. You are all you’ve got.–Janis Joplin
And one of my all time favourites:
“Today you are You, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer than You.”
― Dr. Seuss
Enjoy being YOU.
