The Journey Continues

I have been a Non-smoker now for just over 4 months

Wowza, can you believe that…ME…a smoker for 29 years…now a Non-Smoker, I am so thankful that I have had many people supporting my journey. Thank you from the bottom of my heart xox

So my journey continues from here and where does it take me?

My pain has subsided and all of a sudden I feel like I have been reborn, and find myself trying to do everything at once…Can you image what it feels like to have had chronic pain for over 4 years and then it is gone…it's like a little kid in a candy store…you just want to try anything and everything….oh I was a little scared at first…I wondered if I may have been rushing my return too fast…I didn't want my pain to return…I didn't want to feel like I would be dragged back to the torture room screaming and have to face the pain all over again… But so far so good.

And so, my new journey begins, a pain free world. I want to help anyone who has been suffering, not just from chronic pain…have a look at the site and see if there is anything there that might make you think about your own health. I have better sleep, I have amazing clarity, when I wake in the morning I am awake…just amazing. Did you know that glutathione starts to decrease in our bodies from the age of 20?

So after having no pain for the last 6 months, and now I have quit smoking, my passion has flung itself forward in my life…to write my autobiography.

I want to share with you parts of my life that may help you to become stronger to live your purpose in life…a helping hand to lift you from the pits of darkness…a shoulder to lean on and also a friend to love and care about your journey…You Can Do This, together we can do this. Never, Ever think you have to do this by yourself.
