You are Amazing… You are God's Masterpiece… You will get through anything you might be going through. I've been there, and yes at the bottom where I thought I may never be able to see the light of hope. A few times, actually… it seems I was a slow learner.
However, even though I can not fix you… you can.
Start with those little steps, each day. Look in that mirror and find one thing you love about yourself. Yes, there is something there… keep looking, and when you see that one thing, make it a habit to tell yourself how much you love that part of yourself. You are a Beautiful Soul…
