It's okay if the only thing you did today was breathe.
There are days when I'm sure you feel this way… you feel a sense of having the world stop so you can get off for a while… stop… and just breathe, and that's ok.
I too feel this way, when I feel anxious, or overwhelmed, I know it is time for me to step away from the doing and just BE.
So what do you do to relax? for me, it's a lovely cup of tea, a sit in a comfy chair with nothing to distract me, just seeing nature or sitting and watching the ocean. (not able to walk too far at present)
