That journey… You know the one called life?  The one where you feel you'll never reach the top of the mountain…

We can think it's the destination where the prize is… however, it's actually in the journey!!! What we learn along the way, is so very mportant…

All those things you went through, those times of learning, those times of despair, the times of hurt and pain… yep, those are the things we needed to go through to experience happiness and growth and be where we are now.

Not there yet? still going through ‘stuff'? From my experience, the learnings never cease, but they do get easier…

So stay strong and keep moving forward, because each step forward, even if just little steps, is better than sitting still and doing nothing.

Take a moment and take a little look back just to see how far you have come… you will be amazed!!!
